某宾馆于1997年8月5日晚陆续出现多例剧烈腹痛、腹泻病例,县卫生监督机构于次日6时半接到报告后当即派员前往该宾馆和医院进行调查,现将调查结果报告如下。调查结果1．发病经过:8月5日18时晚餐有三家单位101名旅客在该宾馆用餐,至次日零时开始出现剧烈腹痛、腹泻病人,凌晨3时发病出现高峰,于是随即将病员陆续送往就近乡卫生院、县人民医院治疗,共发病51人。2．临床表现:由于一部分病员已四散回家无法追踪观察,只对住院病人16例进行调查,见表1。
