玻璃体出血是危害视力的一种常见病。出血不仅使屈光介质混浊,妨碍光线达到视网膜,而且能对眼部组织产生严重破坏作用。另一方面,机体对出血的反应可使血液逐渐被清除。深入研究玻璃体出血与眼部组织的相互作用,无疑对临床治疗具有指导意义。因此,这一研究是国内外眼科界长期关注的课题之一。本文仅就近年文献作一综述。一、玻璃体出血的原因 Vitreous hemorrhage is a common disease that endangers vision.
