随着房地产市场的完善和竞争的加剧,房地产活动营销已经成为各大楼盘吸引客户、聚集人气的重要手段。本文通过对济南市房地产活动营销的现状进行分析研究,发现房地产活动营销中存在缺乏创意与内涵、与项目关联度不高、费效比太高、活动设计缺乏对客户的关注等问题,相应提出了注重品牌塑造、增强活动内涵,针对不同圈层的客户举办针对性的营销活动,将活动交给广告公司运作,增强客户的参与感等对策,以期能为房地产活动营销的举办提供指导性的建议。
