目的探讨牙科显微超声技术在老年人上颌第一磨牙根管治疗中的应用。方法选取100例60~75岁老年人上颌第一磨牙,对比应用显微超声技术前后,探查到的根管数目、是否钙化及疏通情况。结果应用显微超声联合技术,上颌第一磨牙髓腔内髓石发现率、牙本质悬突发现率、MB2(近颊根的第二根管)发现率均有所提高。结论在老年人上颌第一磨牙根管治疗中应用显微超声技术,更容易发现和去除髓腔内髓石,探寻到隐蔽的根管口,并疏通根管,从而有效完善根管治疗。
Objective To investigate the application of dental microsurgery in the treatment of root canal of the maxillary first molars in the elderly. Methods 100 maxillary first molars aged 60-75 years old were selected to compare the number of root canal before and after the application of micro-ultrasound, whether calcification and dredging. Results The detection rate of medullary cavity, the detection rate of dentin overhangs and the detection rate of MB2 (the second root canal of the buccal root) in the maxillary first molar were all improved by using microsurgical ultrasound. Conclusion The application of microsurgical ultrasound in the treatment of root canal of the maxillary first molar in the elderly makes it easier to find and remove medullary medullary canal, explore hidden root canal mouth, and clear the root canal so as to effectively improve root canal therapy.
