2002年10月30日,建设部党组召开建设行业社团党委成立大会。这是建设部直属机关党委认真落实党中央、国务院一系列关于加强社会团体党的建设工作的重要举措。为把党的组织建在每一个社团组织之中,把党的思想组织作风建设渗透在每一个社团组织的工作之中,建设部党组领导和直属机关党委的同志们花费了大量的心血。把“支部”建在每一个社团建设部有一类社团组织40个,多是1990年以来随着建设事业的发展逐步建立起来的。其中有学会7个,协会27个,研究会6个,共有工作人员545 On October 30, 2002, the Party Group of the Ministry of Construction held the founding conference of the Party committees for building industry associations.
