目的探讨护肝药异甘草酸镁在更昔洛韦治疗新生儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染所致肝炎综合征(IHS)中的疗效。方法选取2011年7月-2015年7月本院新生儿科收治的58例明确为CMV感染的IHS患儿,观察组(29例)给予异甘草酸镁和更昔洛韦治疗,对照组(29例)仅给予更昔洛韦治疗,2组均给予常规保肝治疗。治疗1个月后比较患儿肝功能指标、CMV DNA含量、黄疸消退时间、治疗有效率和不良反应率。结果治疗后观察组患者的肝功能指标较对照组改善明显,CMV DNA定量低于对照组,黄疸消退时间较后者早,治疗总体有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁在更昔洛韦治疗新生儿CMV感染所致IHS中能显著改善患儿的肝功能,协同降低病毒载量,有助于症状改善,不良反应少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of hepatoprotective magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of hepatitis syndrome (IHS) caused by neonatal cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection with ganciclovir. Methods Fifty-eight IHS infants with definite CMV infection were selected from neonatal department of our hospital from July 2011 to July 2015. The observation group (n = 29) was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and ganciclovir, while the control group (n = 29) Give ganciclovir treatment, two groups were given conventional liver protection. After 1 month of treatment, the liver function indexes, CMV DNA content, jaundice subsidence time, treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate were compared. Results After treatment, the liver function of the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group, the CMV DNA was lower than the control group, the jaundice subsided earlier and the overall effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion ICG can significantly improve liver function in children with IHS caused by ganciclovir in the treatment of neonatal CMV infection, synergistically reduce the viral load, contribute to the improvement of symptoms and fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
