受试者为平均59.5(39~76)岁的35例冠心病患者,均有典型的稳定型心绞痛而且症状限制性活动平板试验阳性。另以8例健康志愿者和2例虽有胸痛但冠状动脉造影正常而且麦角新碱激发试验阴性者作为对照。采用~(82)铷作正电子发射计算机断层(PECT),分析左室中部层面(包括左室和后壁游离壁,室间隔的2个节段)上局部心肌灌注状况。以对照者检查结果为正常范围,凡是冷刺激或运动后阳离子摄取不均匀和/或局部阳离子摄取量减少(至 <对照者均值-2倍标准差),为PECT异常。
Subjects with an average of 59.5 (39-76) years of age of 35 patients with coronary heart disease, patients with typical stable angina pectoris and symptomatic restricted activity test positive. The other 8 healthy volunteers and 2 patients despite chest pain but normal coronary angiography and ergometrine test was negative as a control. Rubidium (82) was used as positron emission computed tomography (PECT) to analyze the regional myocardial perfusion at the mid-left ventricular level, including the left ventricular and posterior wall free wall and the interventricular septum. The control subjects examined the results as normal range, with abnormal PECT after any cold stimulus or uneven cation uptake after exercise or / or decreased local cation uptake (to -2 times the standard deviation of controls).
