目的研究茶多酚对大鼠离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法将32只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为四组:假手术组(SHAM组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、缺血后处理组(IPO)、依那普利后处理组(ELP组)。观察茶多酚对缺血再灌注后心肌梗死面积以及血液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和一氧化氮含量的影响。结果 IPO组和ELP组的心肌梗死面积明显小于I/R组(P<0.05),而IPO组和ELP组间心肌梗死面积的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);I/R组、IPO组和ELP组的LDH含量明显高于SHAM组(P<0.05),同时SHAM组、IPO组和ELP组的LDH含量明显低于I/R组(P<0.05),这说明I/R组的心肌损伤相对严重;SHAM组、IPO组和ELP组的NO含量明显高于I/R组(P<0.05)。结论茶多酚对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有与缺血后处理相似的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols on isolated rat myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Thirty-two healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation group (SHAM group), ischemia reperfusion group (I / R group), ischemic postconditioning group (IPO) Group (ELP group).
