由于电费在煤炭成本中占有较大的比重,因此,节约电力,降低电耗,减少电费就成为中小煤矿节能中主要的攻关项目。本文试从中小型煤矿取消空气压缩机,使用电动凿岩机来达到节电目的的可能性进行分析。开发煤炭资源,必须开掘巷道,开掘巷道要用凿岩机械,在掘进作业上,经历了用人工的手镐到使用风动凿岩机的过程。风动凿岩机的动力是空气压缩机供给的压缩空气,目前中小煤矿都使用4L—20/8型,3L—10/8型空气压缩机。
