近日,在我国广东省深圳市局部地区首次发现一种新的外来有害生物——刺桐姬小蜂(Quadrastichuserythrinae Kim)。基于风险分析结果,根据《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》和《植物检疫条例》,决定将其列为中华人民共和国进境植物检疫性有害生物和全国林业检疫性有害生物,并采取以下紧急措施:一、暂停从疫区国家和地区(毛里求斯、留尼汪、美国夏威夷、新加坡、中国台湾省)引进刺桐属植物。
Recently, a new exotic pest, Quadrastichuserythrinae Kim, was found in some areas of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
