不同生物相容性透析膜对红细胞免疫功能的影响

目的 了解血液透析病人透析过程中红细胞免疫功能指标的动态改变及不同生物相容性的透析膜对其变化的影响。方法 分别采用铜仿膜 (Cu膜 )、聚砜膜 (Ps膜 )、聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂膜 (PMMA膜 ) ,观察了透析过程中不同时相的红细胞免疫功能指标RBC C3 b和RBC IC的变化。结果 尿毒症病人的RBC C3 b显著下降 ,RBC IC显著增高 ;透析开始后 ,早期RBC C3 b进一步下降 ,其后逐渐上升 ;而RBC IC早期逐渐增加 ,其后逐渐稳定 ;Cu膜能明显地影响红细胞的免疫功能 ;Ps膜次之 ;PMMA膜对其影响最小。结论 在血液透析过程中 ,使用不同生物相容性的透析膜对透析病人的红细胞免疫功能会产生不同的影响。 Objective To understand the dynamic changes of erythrocyte immune function and the effect of different biocompatible dialysis membranes on the hemodialysis patients during dialysis. Methods Copper membrane (Cu membrane), polysulfone membrane (Ps membrane) and polymethylmethacrylate membrane (PMMA membrane) were used respectively to observe the changes of erythrocyte immune function RBC C3 b and RBC IC The change. Results RBC C3 b significantly decreased and RBC IC increased significantly in patients with uremia. After dialysis began, RBC C3 b decreased further and then gradually increased; RBC IC increased gradually at the early stage and then gradually stabilized; Cu membrane obviously affected Erythrocyte immune function; Ps membrane followed; PMMA membrane has the least effect on it. Conclusions During hemodialysis, dialysis membranes with different biocompatibilities have different effects on erythrocyte immune function in dialysis patients.
