本文对高强钢在表面处理过程中产生氢脆的影响因素进行了较全面的探讨。研究表明,表面处理过程中,产生氢脆的主要因素是阴极电解除油、强腐蚀、电沉积时的电流密度和溶液组成。 采取阳极电解除油,避免强腐蚀,选择适宜的电流密度和镀后除氢时间,会大大减少镀后氢脆的产生,降低脆断率。氢脆是多学科交叉的问题,引起氢脆的因素是多方面的,为了减少或避免氢脆的产生,也必须从多方面入手,综合治理。
In this paper, the factors influencing the hydrogen embrittlement of high strength steel during the surface treatment are discussed in more comprehensive way. The results show that the main factors that cause hydrogen embrittlement during the surface treatment are cathodic electrolytic degreasing, strong corrosion, current density during electrodeposition and composition of solution. Take the anode electrolytic degreasing, to avoid strong corrosion, select the appropriate current density and plating time in addition to hydrogen, will greatly reduce the production of hydrogen embrittlement after plating, reducing brittle fracture rate. Hydrogen embrittlement is a multidisciplinary problem that causes hydrogen embrittlement in many aspects. In order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of hydrogen embrittlement, it is also necessary to start from many aspects and comprehensively control it.
