(一)常吃汤泡饭易患胃病。食物进入口腔经咀嚼后入胃。若咀嚼越细也越易被消化吸收。这是因为咀嚼时混入唾液,其中含有助消化的“酶”的缘故。当吃汤泡饭时咀嚼不完全,唾液量分减少,此外汤冲淡了胃液也影响食物的消化,久之易引起胃病。 (二)不宜生吃胡萝卜。胡萝卜中有一种叫胡萝卜素,其只有溶解在油脂中,食后才能在人体肝脏及肠壁中所含的的胡萝卜素酶的作用下转变成维生素A,为人体吸收。因此,吃胡萝卜最好用油炒或与肉炖。生吃或凉拌胡萝卜,90%的胡萝卜素被捧泄掉。
