张纪井31501煤柱工作面位于+900m水平北翼一采区,该工作面采用单一煤层一次采全高倾斜长壁开采全部跨落法管理顶板综合机械化采煤,平均采高2.3m,循环进度0.5m;俯采期间采煤机行走滑靴使用高碳钢焊条焊接增高钢板,逐个加厚50mm,减小倾斜角度5°左右;在支架前挡板防滑眼固定行程500mm的千斤顶配合移溜,一是增加移溜力度,二是起到支架侧压溜子作用,控制溜子煤帮侧倾斜;质量管理采用质量“三级验收”和支架测压及顶板管理;本次俯采工作面的实践,尤其是大角度的俯采工作面的试采成功,给此类工作面采煤机等设备的选型奠定了一定的基础。
