根据国内三个厂生产的湿砂型表面硬度计的实践,针对当前存在的使用范围说法不一的现实,回顾了国外生产 A、B、C 三种硬度计的历史发展过程,进行了一系列的工艺试验。通过实验测定,认为 B 型硬度计的测值性能完全可以代替 A 型硬度计,且测值稳定性和无方向性方面优于 A 型;指出 B 型硬度计测值应少于85;C 型硬度计适用于 B型硬度大于85的高紧实度的铸型中测定硬度。
According to the practice of wet sand type surface hardness tester produced by three factories in our country, the current development scope of the hardness range is reviewed, and the historical development process of three kinds of hardness tester A, B and C abroad is reviewed. Through the experiment, it is considered that the measurement performance of type B durometer can replace the type A durometer completely, and the stability and non-directional stability are better than type A.
