Since 1979, the capitalist countries have plunged into a new global economic crisis. How to estimate the crisis should be judged by opinions of different countries. Some people think that this crisis is not as severe as in 1973-75; some think it is the worst crisis after the war. To understand this crisis, we must first understand some of its characteristics.
