酒店作为一个新兴产业,在国民经济中的地位日益凸显,然而员工流失现象已成为酒店行业的重大病状之一,这不仅仅是个别地区问题,而是整个行业的普遍现象。本文简单分析了酒店员工流失的原因,阐述了酒店员工流失对酒店的影响,进而提出了一系列改善酒店员工流失的对策。
As an emerging industry, hotels have become increasingly prominent in the national economy. However, the phenomenon of employee turnover has become one of the major symptoms in the hotel industry. This is not just a problem of individual regions but a phenomenon common to the entire industry. This article simply analyzes the reasons for the loss of hotel staff, elaborates the hotel staff loss impact on the hotel, and then put forward a series of measures to improve the hotel staff turnover.
