脑阻抗血流图作为一项无创性检查技术对脑血管功能估计有一定的参考价值。在临床中,高血压病和冠心病的脑血流图一般均以单因素分析为主,未见多因素分析的报道。由于多因素分析不是对各因素的影响个别地加以对比研究,而是将各种因素的内在联系揭示出来。为此,我们采用逐步判别分析法对正常组、高血压病组、冠心病组以及高血压伴有冠心病组的脑阻抗血流图进行判、}{j,并将其结果分析如下。资料与方法、病例选择: 正常对照组50例,男、女各25例。
As a noninvasive technique, cerebral impedance blood flow map has some reference value for estimating cerebrovascular function. In clinical practice, hypertension and coronary heart disease are generally based on single-factor analysis of cerebral blood flow, no multi-factor analysis of the report. Because multivariate analysis does not compare the influence of each factor individually, it reveals the internal relations of various factors. To this end, we use stepwise discriminant analysis of normal group, hypertension group, coronary heart disease group and hypertension with coronary heart disease group of blood flow impedance of the decision {}, and the results are as follows. Materials and Methods, Case Selection: 50 cases of normal control group, male and female 25 cases.
