利用石墨炉原子吸收法 ,在等温平台条件下直接测定了高纯镍中的痕量杂质铅和锡。对石墨炉加热程序中的干燥时间、灰化温度及原子化温度进行了优化 ,同时也考察了介质酸度的影响。试验表明 :基体镍对测定有显著的影响 ,为此对工作曲线用的标准系列进行了基体匹配。基体镍同时在测定中也起着基体改进剂的作用。在本方法中 ,铅和锡的特征质量分别为 4 4pg和 3 3pg ,相对标准偏差分别为 3 2 %和 3 7% ,加标回收率分别为 99 3 %~ 10 4%和 96 1%~ 10 3 %。
Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to directly determine trace impurities of lead and tin in high purity nickel under isothermal platform conditions. The drying time, ashing temperature and atomization temperature in graphite furnace heating process were optimized, and the influence of medium acidity was also investigated. Experiments show that: the substrate nickel has a significant impact on the determination of the working curve for the standard series of matrix matching. Nickel matrix also plays the role of matrix modifier in the determination. In this method, the characteristic masses of lead and tin were 44 pg and 33 pg, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 32% and 37%, respectively. The recoveries were 99 3% -10 4% and 96 1% 10 3%.
