目的研究不同浓度臭氧瘤内直接注射对兔VX-2瘤的治疗效果。方法新西兰大白兔120只,随机分为4组,对照组30只为A组(模拟穿刺),治疗组3组(B~D组)各30只:B组瘤内注射20 ug/ml浓度臭氧、C组瘤内注射40 ug/ml浓度臭氧及D组瘤内注射60 ug/ml浓度臭氧,于肿瘤种植后2周后直视下进行治疗,A组仅模拟穿刺,B、C、D三组按肿瘤体积2倍量不同浓度的O3多点穿刺直接注入瘤体内,术前均行CT灌注扫描,术后第4、8天行CT灌注扫描,测量肿瘤大小计算肿瘤生长率,并于第8天CT灌注后后全部处死取肿瘤进行病理观察。结果A、B、C、D 4组肿瘤生长率V4/V0分别为:2.06±1.10,1.43±0.80,1.54±0.82,1.62±0.92;V8/V4分别为:2.34±1.93,1.80±0.72,1.98±1.28,1.56±0.86;V8/V0分别为:4.58±3.14,2.64±1.59,2.93±1.56,2.27±1.34。V4/V0结果显示A、B两组P=0.05,其余各组间比较P>0.05;V8/V4各组间比较P>0.05;V8/V0结果显示A、B两组P=0.008,A、C两组P=0.029,A、D两组P=0.001,B、C、D各组比较P>0.05。结论经皮穿刺瘤内直接注射20μg/ml、40μg/ml及60μg/ml浓度的臭氧均可效抑制兔VX-2肿瘤生长。20μg/ml、40μg/ml及60μg/ml不同浓度的臭氧对兔VX-2瘤的抑瘤效果虽无显著性差异,但60μg/ml的臭氧作用持续时间更长,抑制肿瘤生长的效果更明显。
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of direct injection of VX-2 on rabbits with different concentrations of ozone tumor. Methods One hundred and twenty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups. The control group consisted of 30 rabbits in group A (simulated puncture) and 30 rabbits in each group (group B to group D). The rabbits in group B received 20 ug / ml ozone , Group C was treated with intratumoral injection of 40 ug / ml ozone and group D with intratumoral injection of 60 ug / ml ozone. Conclusion The direct injection of 20μg / ml, 40μg / ml and 60μg / ml ozone can effectively inhibit the growth of VX-2 tumor in rabbits. The inhibitory effect of 20μg / ml, 40μg / ml and 60μg / ml ozone on rabbit VX-2 tumor had no significant difference, but the effect of 60μg / ml ozone was longer and the effect of inhibiting tumor growth was more obvious .
