描述了在北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)4B7B软X射线上,通过多种方法进行高次谐波抑制,采用复合滤片消除高能区低能X射线等性能改进方法使光源的高次谐波含量小于1%、能量分辨优于3000,无杂散光。在4B7B光束线上开展了X射线探测器(XRD)灵敏度、平面镜反射率和滤片透射率的标定方法研究,XRD灵敏度标定不确定度优于3%,平面镜反射率标定不确定度小于3.5%,滤片透射率标定不确定度优于1%。
Described in the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) 4B7B soft X-ray, through a variety of methods for high harmonic suppression, the use of composite filters to eliminate low-energy high-energy X-ray energy and other improved methods to make the higher harmonic content of the light source is less than 1%, energy resolution better than 3000, no stray light. X-ray detector (XRD) sensitivity, flat mirror reflectivity and filter transmittance were studied on 4B7B beamline. The calibration uncertainty of XRD was better than 3%, and the uncertainty of flat mirror reflectivity calibration was less than 3.5% , The filter transmittance calibration uncertainty is better than 1%.
