我们从一九七七至一九七九年引进一批国内外小麦品种(基本上包括了小麦三大基因库的材料),在小麦丛矮病毒(NCMV)的重病区进行了自然发病的抗性测定和室内人工接种鉴定,现报导如下。1.田间筛选结果我们在河北省藁城县大同公社,大同大队四、六生产小队选择了靠棉花地和棉花地中间的地块作试验地,利用灰飞虱量大、带毒率高早播发病重的特点(二年的病情指数都在50以上),通过1986份小麦材料的田间测定。证明不同种质的小麦对丛矮病毒抗性反应有明显差异,其中高度抗病的有多年生小麦、远中_3、远中_4等34份占1.6%,中度抗病的有洛夫林18、回_(4308),安伯_(44)等66份占3.3%,中度感病的有远中_5、77-鉴45-、突击手等84份占4.8%,高级感病的有1802份占90.3%。
