目的 :观察绿慕安配合CHOP方案治疗难治性恶性淋巴瘤的近期疗效。方法 :采用绿慕安配合CHOP(CTX 75 0mg/m2 加生理盐水 4 0ml静脉推注 ,第 1天 ;ADM 4 0mg/m2 加生理盐水 4 0ml静脉推注 ,第 1天 ;VCR 1 4mg/m2 加生理盐水 4 0ml静脉推注 ,第 1天 ,第 8天 ;PDN 10 0mg/m2 ,第 1～ 5天 ;绿慕安 1次 /d皮下注射 ,每次 1ml,连用 10天 )方案治疗难治性恶性淋巴瘤 2 0例 ,其中HD6例 ,NHL14例。结果 :CR7例 ,PR10例 ,总有效率 85 %。主要毒性为骨髓抑制 ,消化道反应。结论 :绿慕安配合CHOP方案治疗难治性恶性淋巴瘤基本达到国内恶性淋巴瘤拯救方案的治疗水平 ,是一种较为理想的临床方案
Objective: To observe the short-term curative effect of LuMuMan combined with CHOP regimen in the treatment of refractory malignant lymphoma.
