以“成长档案”为抓手 一所学校,在帮助学生成长的过程中,考虑为其留下一份“成长档案”,而且这样的“成长档案”不仪仅只是凭藉记载一些简单的阿拉伯数字以体现学生的学习分数(成绩),更注重从德育的层面切入,让档案这一载体具体记载下每一位学生除了学习分数以外其他方面的成长印迹,使之伴随他们一起“成长”,即使从教育视角论,这应该说也足不乏创意的。毕竟有这样的故事的学校,在今天并不多。 这所倡议并帮助学生建立“成长档案”的学校,就是位于上海市郊的闵行中学。被这样的故事吸引,我遂在冬末的一天,来到闵行中学进行采访。
