目前，我国焊管产品品种单一，绝大多数厂家只生产一般低压流体输送管，为使我国焊管生产向多品种、高质量、高附加值方向发展，必须调整焊管产品结构、开发高档次焊管产品。文章介绍了日本钢管厂利用钢管二次加工生产方矩形管、异形管的三种基本方法，以及产品特性和使用情况，对国内焊管厂进行焊管深加工有一定参考意义．
At present, a single species of welded pipe products in China, the vast majority of manufacturers only produce general low-pressure fluid pipe, in order to make China’s pipe production to more varieties, high quality, high value-added direction, we must adjust the pipe structure, the development of high-grade welded pipe products. This paper introduces three basic methods of using Japanese steel mills for the secondary processing of square tubes and profiled tubes of steel tubes, as well as the characteristics and the usage of the products. It is of some reference significance to the deep processing of welded tubes in the domestic welded tube factories.
