目的:研究建立复方百部止咳糖浆的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别复方百部止咳糖浆中的百部、枳壳、陈皮和甘草;采用HPLC法测定复方百部止咳糖浆中黄芩苷的含量。结果:以TLC法鉴别百部、枳壳、陈皮和甘草,其方法专属性较强;以HPLC法测定复方百部止咳糖浆中黄芩苷的含量,黄芩苷含量在0.661~6.610μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=3 618.7888ρ-8.958 8(r=0.999 9);加样回收率为97.58%~103.48%,RSD=2.07%,复方百部止咳糖浆中黄芩苷的平均含量为7.466 mg/m L。结论:本研究方法可以作为复方百部止咳糖浆的质量控制方法。
Objective: To study the establishment of the quality standard of compound prescription cough syrup. Methods: The TLC, HPLC method was used to identify Baicalin, Fructus Aurantii, Citrus rehmanniae and Glycyrrhizicaci in Cough Syrup cough syrup. The content of baicalin in Cough Syrup cough syrup was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC method was used for the identification of Radix Bupleuri, Citrus aurantium, Citrus renceitae and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. The method was highly specific. The mean baicalin in the compound prescription cough syrup was The content is 7.466 mg / m L. Conclusion: This research method can be used as the quality control method of Cough Syrup cough syrup.
