In April 2007, the second subprime mortgage company in the United States, bankruptcy in the “New Century Financial”, and the subprime mortgage issue in the United States surfaced. On August 15, the largest mortgage lender in the United States, the “National Financial Company” Stock prices began to plunge. In early 2008, some multinational financial institutions began to expose the amount of losses caused by the subprime mortgage crisis. From December 3 to December 5, 2007, the Central Economic Work Conference made it clear that: In 2008, a sound fiscal policy and a tight monetary policy will be implemented. ... All of these events involve a common point of financial knowledge: credit policy. So, what is credit policy and what impact will it have on the lives of ordinary people?
