目的:建立中药复方NZ制剂中黄芩苷的薄层鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用TLC对组方中黄芩苷进行定性鉴别,同时利用HPLC对其进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱斑点分离效果较好(R_f=0.35),斑点显色清晰且无干扰、重复性好;黄芩苷在0.313 5~1.567 4μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,本批次中药复方NZ制剂中黄芩苷含量为10.90mg·g~(-1)。结论:该方法可用于复方NZ制剂中黄芩苷的定性鉴别和含量测定。
Objective: To establish a thin layer identification and determination method of baicalin in traditional Chinese medicine compound NZ preparation. Methods: The components of baicalin were identified by TLC, and the content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results: The separation of TLC spots was better (R_f = 0.35), the spots were clear and non-interfering with good reproducibility. Baicalin had good linearity in the range of 0.313 5-1.567 4 μg · mL -1 Batch Chinese medicine compound NZ preparation of baicalin content of 10.90mg · g ~ (-1). Conclusion: This method can be used for the qualitative identification and determination of Baicalin in Compound NZ preparations.
