各位会员、各位来宾:自1999年5月中国化工装备协会第三次会员大会(桂林会议)至今,本届协会已开展工作5年。根据协会章程规定,会员大会每届四年,因2003年受“非典”疫情影响,会员大会前期准备工作无法及时进行,经协会三届七次理事会讨论决定,会议推迟至今,请各位会员谅解。现在 Dear Members, Ladies and Gentlemen, Since the third member meeting of China Chemical Equipment Association (Guilin Conference) in May 1999, our association has been working for 5 years. According to the constitution of the association, every four years of the general assembly will be affected by the outbreak of “SARS” in 2003 and the preparatory work of the general assembly will not be conducted in time.
