采用高分辨率CT扫描可很好地显示耳蜗的外形、蜗管等结构,这对于准备进行耳蜗移植术的重度耳聋患者非常重要[1]。本文通过对50例(100个耳蜗)的CT扫描,观察在生理情况下耳蜗的外形、结构,并进行一系列有关数据的测量,以便今后与病理情况如耳硬化/耳松质化、纤维异常增殖症、先天畸形等引起的耳蜗改变进行对照,为临床治疗及是否适合耳蜗移植提供依据
The use of high-resolution CT scans shows the shape of the cochlea and the cochlear structure very well, which is important for patients with severe deafness who are undergoing cochlear implantation [1]. Through the CT scan of 50 cases (100 cochlear), we observe the shape and structure of the cochlea under physiological conditions and conduct a series of measurements of the data so as to compare with other pathological conditions such as otosclerosis, ossification, Proliferative disease, congenital malformations caused by cochlear changes such as control, clinical treatment and whether it is suitable for cochlear transplantation basis
