中药火制法是取药物于铁锅中加热炒制的方法。因炒制时易出现烟雾和某些药物的特殊臭气,容易导致环境的污染,不利于对炮制人员的劳动保护和饮片的卫生质量;而且其炮制工具、温度,时间难以统一,炮制质量则根据炮制人员的技术熟练程度而异,饮片质量标准无法制定。为此,笔者总结了几年来在实践中对某些药物的炒制改为电热烤制的几点粗浅经验和体会,予以举例介绍。一、清烤 1.烤制乳香、没药(同于规范中的清炒) 方法:取净乳香、没药碾碎,过20目筛网,混匀(我地习惯于乳没等量合制),平铺
