一、概述塔吊在各建筑工地上应用很广,仅电力部基建司所属各部门就有1200TM以上塔吊近二百台。而这些塔吊多数是六十年代制造的产品,其技术性能并不先进,但目前尚不能全部更新。如何充分发挥现在设备的作用,进一步挖掘设备潜力,是当前的一个重要问题。尽管各类塔吊在设计上强度储备是比较大的,但由于长期使用或年久失修或操作使用不当等因素,因塔吊破坏而造成重大事故的现象并不少见。因此,为确保安全生产和充分发挥现有老设备的潜力,需对现有设备的技术状况调查了解及时检查维修并作必要的加固。为此,我们在吉林火电公司二处的配合下,对通辽电厂建筑工地所用
