大剂量丹参静滴对食管癌放疗增敏作用的前瞻性研究,采用随机开放式平行设计,分为综合组(丹参十放疗)和单放组(单纯放疗)。临床观察表明,综合组疗效比单放组提高12.7%,差异有显著性,P<0.05;两组在治疗过程中对白细胞(WBC)的影响,综合组影响较轻或较少影响,单放组影响较多较重,两组比较差异有显著性,P<t0.05;两组治疗结束后对外周血淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性分析显示,综合组明显优于单放组,差异非常有显著性,P<t0.01;对放射性食管炎发生程度,两组相差无显著性,P>0.05。由此表明,应用丹参辅助放疗治疗食管癌可达到提高近期疗效,增强机体免疫机能,刺激骨髓造血,辅助升白细胞效果,确保治疗顺利进行。
The prospective study of high-dose Salvia miltiorrhiza intravenous injection for sensitization of esophageal cancer radiotherapy used a random open parallel design and was divided into a comprehensive group (Salvia ten radiotherapy) and a radiotherapy group (radiotherapy alone). Clinical observations showed that the efficacy of the integrated group was 12.7% higher than that of the radiotherapy group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); the effect of the two groups on white blood cells (WBC) during the treatment process was milder or less affected in the integrated group. The effects of the single-release group were more severe and heavier, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Analysis of the rDNA transcription activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes after treatment in the two groups showed that the integrated group was significantly better than the single-release group. The difference was very significant, P0.05. This shows that the application of Salvia miltiorrhea adjuvant radiotherapy for the treatment of esophageal cancer can improve the short-term efficacy, enhance the body’s immune function, stimulate the bone marrow hematopoietic, help to promote the effect of white blood cells, to ensure the smooth progress of treatment.
