在分析和比较强化燃烧室火焰管外壁面空气冷却传热过程的主要方法的基础上,提出了燃烧室冷却系统的改进方案,并对改进后的燃烧室冷却系统进行了试验研究。基于试验数据,对燃烧室筒体和环形冷却流道进行了传热分析,得出了一系列对进行燃烧室冷却过程的传热强化以及燃烧室冷却系统设计有指导意义的结论。图3表4参12
On the basis of analyzing and comparing the main methods of enhancing the heat transfer of air cooling on the outer wall of the flame tube of the combustion chamber, an improved scheme of the combustion chamber cooling system is proposed. The improved combustion chamber cooling system is also studied. Based on the experimental data, the heat transfer analysis of the combustion chamber cylinder and the annular cooling channel was carried out, and a series of conclusions about the heat transfer enhancement of the cooling process of the combustion chamber and the design of the cooling system of the combustion chamber were drawn.
