以六水合硝酸锌与2-甲基咪唑为前驱体,在聚丙烯腈(PAN)铸膜液中原位生长ZIF-8制备ZIF-8/PAN超滤膜,对其表面形态,化学结构,元素分布进行了表征,并研究了前驱体浓度对于膜结构以及膜性能的影响结果表明.ZIF-8在超滤膜断面及表面均有生长,在膜表面ZIF-8层均匀致密.超滤膜对于伊文思蓝染料截留率高达93.1%,纯水通量为140 L/(m2·h).随着前驱体浓度的增加,ZIF-8含量亦随之增加.通量显著升高,截留率略有下降.在循环过滤实验中超滤膜亦显示出优良的分离性能和抗污染性能.“,”Using zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methyl imidazole as precursors,ZIF-8/PAN ultrafiltration membranes were fabricated versus in situ growth in PAN casting solution The morphology,chemical structure,element distribution ofZIF-8/PAN ultrafiltration membranes were characterized.In addition,the effect of concentration of precursors on membrane structures and performances were studied.The results indicated that ZIF-8 grew in the cross section and surface ofZIF-8/PAN ultrafiltration membranesare growth,and the surface ZIF-8 layer was uniform and close.The rejecting rate of ZIF-8/PAN ultrafiltration membranes to Evans blue is as high as 93.1%,the pure water flux is 140 L/(m2·h).With the increase of mass concentration of precursors,the content of ZIF-8 also increased.Flux increased significantly and rejecting rate fell slightly.ZIF-8/PAN ultrafiltration membranesshowed excellent separation and pollution resistance performance during dynamic filtration experiment.
