按照析因试验设计,以沿面放电臭氧消毒器进行臭氧对空气中细菌芽胞杀灭效果受温、湿度影响的试验。结果表明,在试验范围内,随着温度或相对湿度升高,臭氧对空气中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果均明显增强,尤以相对湿度的影响较大。温度与相对湿度间存在交互作用。
According to the factorial experiment design, the effect of temperature and humidity on the effect of ozone on bacterial spores killing in the air by ozone discharge ozone disinfection along the surface was tested. The results showed that within the experimental range, with the increase of temperature or relative humidity, the killing effect of ozone on the Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores in air significantly increased, especially the relative humidity. There is an interaction between temperature and relative humidity.
