目的了解柳州市城区蚊、蝇类季节消长规律及种群构成,为制订防制对策提供科学依据。方法蚊密度监测用人工小时法,蝇密度监测用诱蝇笼法。结果蚊在第二、四季度出现密度高峰,致倦库蚊为优势种群;蝇类密度2008年分别在2、7月出现高峰,2009年则在4、6、8、9月出现高峰,以丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇和巨尾阿丽蝇为优势种群。结论柳州市区蚊蝇密度较高,应在以环境治理为主的综合防制策略基础上,结合种群和密度消长等生态学特点科学开展防制。
Objective To understand the seasonal variation and population composition of mosquitoes and flies in Liuzhou urban area and provide a scientific basis for formulating control strategies. Method of mosquito density monitoring with artificial hour method, flies density monitoring using fly cage method. Results The mosquito density peak appeared in the second and fourth quarters and Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant species. The density of flies peaked in July and July respectively in 2008 and peaked in April, June, August and September in 2009 Lime green flies, Kingfly gold flies and giant tail Alize flies for the dominant species. Conclusion The density of mosquitoes and flies in Liuzhou urban area is relatively high. Based on the comprehensive prevention and control strategy based on environmental management, the prevention and control should be scientifically carried out based on the ecological characteristics such as population density and density growth.
