本文概述了攀钢首创大高炉冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿十年的发展。探讨了钒钛矿冶炼理论的几个核心问题:钛氧化物的还原,钛渣的变稠及防稠、消稠,钛渣的若干基本特性以及冶炼钒钛矿出现的炉缸钛化合物沉积等特殊现象。对攀钢高炉生产技术中采取成功的配加少部分块矿,合理的上下部调剂制度,提高顶压与风温,改善原料质量,提高铁罐寿命等措施进行了分析,并提出了今后技术发展的方向与设想。
