“留守学生”的身心健康、行为习惯、学习成绩、道德观念、个性发展、情绪发展等情况,令人担忧。主要表现在八个方面:性情孤僻、感情脆弱;行为习惯差、道德观念不强;学习滞后、进取心不强;挥霍浪费、不懂节约;责任心、孝敬心和感恩心缺乏;脾气暴躁、缺乏宽容;依赖他人、自主能力差;缺乏自我保护意识、安全无保障。从教育管理策略层面看,要搞好对“留守学生”管理、教育工作,使他们健康成长,社会、家庭、学校要密切协作,积极互动,共同管理。
“Left behind students ” physical and mental health, behavior, academic performance, moral values, personality development, emotional development, etc., is worrying. Mainly in eight aspects: lonely, vulnerable feelings; poor behavior habits, moral concepts are not strong; learning lag, ambition is not strong; wasteful, do not know how to save; sense of responsibility, dedication and gratitude lacking; temper, Lack of tolerance; dependent on others, lack of autonomy; lack of awareness of self-protection, insecurity. From the aspect of education management strategy, we should do a good job in management and education of “left-behind students” so as to enable them to grow healthily. Society, families and schools should make close cooperation, actively interact and manage together.
