简要介绍了密炼机密封装置的种类及其重要性,分析密封装置的结构设计及常规密封装置中存在的问题。探讨了一种新的密封方法——免润滑密封系统,该系统可减少密封环用润滑油和形成糊状物粘合剂润滑油的用量,同时使材料浪费减至最少。根据最新实际测试,对免润滑密封系统的优势和风险作了评估,并以其生产过程中的磨损量来测定其性能。
The types and importance of the sealing device of the mixer are briefly introduced. The structural design of the sealing device and the problems existing in the conventional sealing device are analyzed. A new method of sealing, a non-lubricated sealing system, was investigated that reduces the amount of seal ring lubricant and paste-forming binder oil while minimizing material wastage. Based on the latest practical tests, the advantages and risks of a lubrication-free sealing system were evaluated and their performance was measured by the amount of wear during their production.
