目的:分析高度近视患者中央孔型有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL V4c)植入术后的视觉质量。方法:前瞻性研究。收集郑州大学第一附属医院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的高度近视25例(48眼)的临床资料,所有患者均行ICL V4c植入术。术后随访6个月,分析术后视觉质量。结果:患者术后各时点BCVA(logMAR)、UCVA(logMAR)均优于术前(n F=236.779,1 106.872;n P=0.000,0.000);手术前后总高阶像差、彗差、三叶草差异均无统计学意义(n F=2.102,1.973,0.998;n P=0.105,0.121,0.391);术后3个月、6个月球差均明显低于术前(n P<0.05);术后各空间频率下的调值传递函数(MTF)值及斯特列尔比(SR)均明显提高(n P<0.05);术后各时间点平均缺损(MD)及模式标准差(PSD)升高(n F=42.656,50.155;n P=0.000,0.000);术后2周及6个月时视功能量表评分均明显高于术前(n P<0.05)。无青光眼或白内障等严重并发症。n 结论:高度近视患者ICL V4c植入术后可改善患者主客观视觉质量。“,”Objective:To analyze the visual quality of high myopia patients after central hole phakic posterior chamber intraocular lens (ICL V4c) implantation.Methods:A prospective study.The clinical data of 48 eyes of 25 patients with high myopia from Jun.2017 to Jun.2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected.All patients underwent ICL V4c implantation.These patients were followed up for 6 months.The postoperative visual quality was analyzed.Results:The BCVA(logMAR) and UCVA(logMAR) were better than those before surgery(n F=236.779, 1 106.872; n P=0.000, 0.000). There was no significant difference in total high order aberration, coma, trefoil between before and after surgery (n F=2.102, 1.973, 0.998; n P=0.105, 0.121, 0.391). The difference of spherical aberration after surgery was significantly lower than that before surgery at 3 months and 6 months after surgery(n P<0.05). The value of modulation transfer function (MTF) and strehl ratio (SR) under every spatial frequency after surgery was significantly higher than that before surgery (n P<0.05). The mean defect (MD) and pattern standard deviation (PSD) at each time point postoperatively were increased (n F=42.656, 50.155; n P=0.000, 0.000). At 2 weeks and 6 months after operation, the scores of visual function scale were significantly higher than those before the operation (n P<0.05). There was no serious complication such as glaucoma or cataract.n Conclusion:The subjective and objective visual quality are significantly improved after ICL V4c implantation for high myopia patients.
