目的:研究血畅胶囊对大鼠动脉、静脉血栓形成及体外血块溶栓的影响。方法:用三氮化铁刺激动脉血栓形成模型、结扎下腔静脉静脉血栓模型、体外血块溶解试验等方法观察血畅胶囊对血栓的影响。结果:血畅胶囊具有延长动脉血栓形成时间差异有显著性意义(p<0.01),延长率分别为38.39%、40.04%、29.8%;降低静脉血栓重量差异有显著性意义(p<0.05);加速体外血栓溶解的作用差异具有极为显著性意义(p<0.01);并且优于脉血康胶囊。结论:血畅胶囊可抑制血栓的形成。
Objective: To study the effect of Xuechang Capsule on arterial and venous thrombosis and thrombolysis in vitro. METHODS: The effects of Xuechang Capsule on thrombosis were observed by using iron trifluoride to stimulate arterial thrombosis model, ligation of inferior vena cava thrombosis model, and in vitro clot lysis test. RESULTS: There was significant difference in the prolongation of arterial thrombosis time (P<0.01), the prolongation rates were 38.39%, 40.04%, and 29.8%, respectively, and there was significant difference in reducing the venous thrombus weight (p<0.05). The difference in the effect of accelerating thrombolysis in vitro was extremely significant (p<0.01) and superior to that of pulse blood capsules. Conclusion: Xuechang Capsule can inhibit the formation of thrombus.
