I.振动病人的周围阻力及血流量选最常出现雷诺氏现象疼痛发作的第Ⅲ指骨远端作手指血流图,采用先在室温10~15℃居留15分钟使上肢变冷,然后再在室温36~44℃居留30分钟使之变热,测量冷和热时血压的改变来推算静止状况下周围血管阻力及血流量的方法,对19名森林伐木工周围血循环的特点进行研究,并与12名对照组进行比较。发现有7名伐木工出现白指,其余为不同程度的机能障碍,
