现在市场不是小,而是很大。未来几年国外会有许多设计类企业进入中国,由此会发生行业洗牌现象。因此,我确定了创业的五年规划,即前两年起步“练兵”,积累经验和客户,做到保本且站稳脚跟;第三年在保质保量的前提下盈利;第四五年扩大经营、树立品牌、创出较高的营业额。为客户做经营策划比单纯做设计的业务发展机会多。自从有了这样的思路,我开始了新的创业之路。
Now the market is not small, but great. In the next few years there will be many design companies entering China, which will result in industry reshuffle.
