针对目前高炉炼铁原料条件日益恶化,冶炼强度不断加大,铜冷却壁热面渣皮出现稳定性下降、频繁脱落的现象,以及包钢高炉渣成分的特殊性,采用试验研究与相图分析的方法,对包钢高炉初渣及中间渣的软熔性质进行研究。结果表明,w(Fe O)为15%时,弱酸性的包钢高炉渣的稳定性较差,且碱度对高炉初渣及中间渣的稳定性影响比渣中w(Fe O)的变化更为显著;相比于w(Fe O)对高炉渣软熔性质的影响,K2O的作用更强:碱度为1,w(Fe O)为15%时,高炉渣中w(K2O)每增加0.5%,其软熔温度降低20℃左右,而Ca F2含量由1.47%增加到2.67%,对高炉渣软熔性质的影响并不明显。
