本文从交易成本理论的角度考虑了供应链企业中供需双方信息共享的必要性以及信息共享的价值和共享程度的问题,指出现实中供应链企业间信息共享存在的主要障碍以及没有解决的问题。 This paper considers the necessity of information sharing between supply and demand parties and the value and sharing of information sharing in supply chain enterprises from the perspective of transaction cost theory. It points out the main obstacles and unsolved problems of information sharing between supply chain enterprises in reality.
