本文介绍了山东华泰纸业如何从一个仅有几十名职工几十万元资金,年产量不到1000t的小纸厂,在一位优秀企业家的领导下,十几年间就发展成为拥有30多亿元资产,年产纸能力达到40万t,年利润超亿元的国家大一型企业、全国造纸工业效益十佳企业的发展历程,及其“十五”的宏伟发展目标。文章以华泰的发展,论述了企业的一些特点及企业经营管理者对企业发展的重大作用(企业家效应)。
This article describes how Shandong Huatai Paper Co., Ltd. developed from a small paper mill with a few tens of thousands of yuan of staff and annual output of less than 1,000 tons under the leadership of an outstanding entrepreneur and developed into a company with more than 10 years. With over 100 million yuan in assets, the company has an annual paper production capacity of 400,000 tons, a national first-class enterprise with an annual profit of over 100 million yuan, and a development history of the top ten most profitable enterprises in the paper industry in the country, as well as its ambitious development goals for the 10th Five-Year Plan.
