Sympathetic ophthalmia (hereinafter referred to as SO) is a binocular non-necrotic granulomatous uveitis that occurs after perforation ocular trauma and endocervical surgery, and its pathogenesis has not yet been fully understood. In recent years, some scholars have begun to use monoclonal antibodies, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy and other new technologies to study the inflammatory infiltration of SO cells, some scholars began to study the relationship between HLA and SO, the S antigen in the pathogenesis of SO The role of research more in-depth, has also begun to explore the application of selective acting on T cells Cyclosporin A drug treatment of the disease. The pathogenesis of SO is currently thought to be delayed hypersensitivity of suppressive / cytotoxic T cells to surface antigens that are common to retinal photoreceptors, retinal pigment epithelial cells and choroidal melanocytes, and may be thought to be genetically related.
