研究了乙基罗丹明B─砷钼杂多酸─阿拉伯树胶显色体系,提出了痕量砷测定的新的高灵敏分光光度法。缔合物最大吸收位于586nm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε_(588)=3.43×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1).并研究了缔合物的组成和红外光谱。本法直接用于水样及高纯La_2O_3中痕量砷的测定时,获得满意结果。
A new high sensitive spectrophotometric method for determination of trace arsenic was proposed for the color system of ethyl rhodamine B-arsenic-molybdenum heteropolyacid-gum arabic. The maximum absorption of the complex was located at 586 nm, showing a molar absorptivity of ε 588 = 3.43 × 10 -5 L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1. The composition and infrared spectra of the complexes were also studied. This method is directly applicable to the determination of trace arsenic in water samples and high-purity La 2 O 3, with satisfactory results.
