由于低温等离子体中有紫外线、高能电子、活性氧及活性氮等物质的存在,因此低温等离子体成为一种非常有潜力的杀菌手段.近年来,等离子体活性水日渐受到众多研究者的关注.本研究利用等离子体活性水处理金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和变形链球菌,通过菌落计数方法及荧光染色评价低温等离子体活性水的杀菌效果,并利用光谱仪和过氧化氢检测试剂盒对低温等离子体活性水中的活性物质进行检测评估.结果发现,低温等离子体活性水在20min内对变形链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有有效的杀菌作用,而对白色念珠菌的杀菌作用较弱.并且在低温等离子体活性水中检测到活性物质:原子氧及过氧化氢.本研究为低温等离子体活性水在口腔疾病预防及医用管装器械消毒等方面提供了实验基础.
Due to the presence of ultraviolet, high-energy electrons, active oxygen and active nitrogen in low-temperature plasma, low-temperature plasma has become a very promising bactericidal means.In recent years, plasma-activated water has attracted more and more researchers’ attention. In this study, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Streptococcus mutans were treated with plasma-activated water. The colony counting method and fluorescence staining were used to evaluate the bactericidal effect of low temperature plasma activated water. Spectrophotometer and hydrogen peroxide detection reagent The results showed that the low temperature plasma activated water had an effective bactericidal effect against Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli within 20 min, while the sterilization of Candida albicans And weaker activity.And active oxygen species and hydrogen peroxide were detected in low-temperature plasma-activated water.This study provided the experimental basis for low-temperature plasma-activated water in the prevention of oral diseases and disinfection of medical tube equipment.
